Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling can be done once without penalty. Shoot has to be rescheduled within 45 days of the original shoot date. Notice of rescheduling has to be received at least 24 hours before the shoot.

• No refunds for cancellations

Balances .

• Balances are due at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. Failure to pay will result in cancellation or a late payment fee of $100.

Overtime Fees

• Shoot time begins at the booked start time, even if the client is late.

• Additional time can be added at the following rates:

• 15 minutes: $50

• 30 minutes: $75

• 1 hour: $135

Editing

• All packages come with a designated number of final edits (please refer to the booking page)

• Additional Edits

• The following rates are applicable to the editing that is included in your service. Each photo package is linked to the payment page (underlined text)

• 1 photo - $25

• 3 photos - $60

• 5 photos - $90

• 10 photos - $130

• Photos Delivery

• Client has up to 2 business days (unless additional time is discussed) to select final photos for editing from proofs, after 2 days, client is subject to a late fee, if not communicated with photographer.

• Client has up to 72 hours after final photos are submitted to request any additional photos/edits. After 72 hours, requests are subject to additional fees (in addition to the re-editing fee, in the case of reediting requests.)

• Re-editing

• Re-editing services are available at a per-photo rate, depending on the complexity of the requested edit.

Multiple Locations

• For shoots involving two different locations (e.g., a studio and a park), there will be an additional fee based on the distance and complexity. Please discuss during the consultation. At least 30 minutes will be added to the session to accommodate the transition.

• Resizing Images

• The photographer is not responsible for resizing images to fit specific dimensions or ratios i.e. for marketing or e-commerce purposes.
